With a pedigree of championship soccer teams over the past 50 years, the ASC continues to promote competitive and recreational soccer for senior players in the Town of Aurora area. The best players are drawn from Aurora, Bradford, Newmarket, Markham and even Toronto to play for our premier competitive team, the Aurora Hearts.

The Hearts are complimented by both competitive and recreational teams that compete in the York Region Soccer League (YRSL), formerly the Newmarket and District Soccer League (NDSL). For competitive men, Aurora Hearts 2 compete in the YRSL Premier Division, and along with the U21 Hearts, support a feeder system to the Hearts.

For women, the Aurora Saints compete in the YRSL Womens Premier Division.

The ASC also provides several oldtimers teams for those who just can't hang up the boots, despite the better days passing them by. The Aurora Celtic compete in the YRSL Over 35 Division One, the Aurora Gunners and Aurora Rangers compete in the O35 Division Three. We will continue to maintain both Division One and Two teams in the Over 35 league to support a solid base of men's oldtimer soccer.

The ASC also operates a recreational Over 50 team that plays friendly games on a regular basis throughout the season. In addition, a Sunday morning kickabout is operated for social members and non-competitive (recreational) players. Contact the Club at info@aurorasoccerclub.ca if you are interested in finding out more about these oldtimer and recreational activities.

If you are not quite 50 but still would like a recreational kickabout, check out the Summer Soccer sessions. Information is available on the Footie World page.
